We are about to enter the epic 2020. New year, new resolution. If you still have some goals that you haven’t achieve last year, let me help you up this year.
First, have a vision. I want to you close your eyes and visualize: What do you see, hear and feel your year 2020. Practically can see, hear, and feel all these come true in your life! Yes! Imagine that you’re in your good health, feeling your body is so energetic and waking up with a great relationship with your family. Here comes the end of December 2019. It’s time to do R and R for this year. Yes, R and R stand for reflect and review. It’s important to do a review and reflect on the end of the year. Remember what I said before: what doesn’t measure, is not real.
First, set a time before the end of this year, whether it is this week or the last day of the year. I personally love the last day of the year. Whatever it is, set a suitable time and place, which means no other disturbance — only you. If you’re like me, have a journal that record down what you do and how you feel for the whole year, take out your baby journal and read it page by page.
There are several important areas of our life - Our health, Family, Career, Relationship, Financial, Emotional, Intellectual, and Personal. Give yourself a rating for all these.
Then, ask yourself a few questions. First: What do I do best this year, and how do I feel? Answer it and give yourself a pad on...
Happy December! Here you come the last month of the year 2019.
Here comes the end of 2019. Whether you have a fantastic year or a not so good year, is coming to the end of the chapter. It’s time to do something before you welcome the new epic year 2020!
If I appear in front of you right now, I want you to use one word to describe your 2019. What is your answer? How would you describe your 2019 in just one word?
This is a yearly challenge I give to myself to conclude my year in one word. My word for this year is Discovery. I discover a lot of new opportunities and make so many great friends this year. There are great chances for future collaboration and working as a team.
The next question for you is: Have you achieved the goals that you set for yourself early this year?
If yes, Yeah, you made it! Give me a high 5! If not yet, you still have 3 weeks to go before you end this year. You still have time, work it out. Never give up. Ask yourself: What is the next best...

The first step, know what your non-negotiable that you must do before anything else are whether it is your sleeping hours or your morning routines. You are the one that sets your own non-negotiable.
For example, My non-negotiable is my sleeping time. I must sleep for 7 hours a day for me to perform at my best. This is non-negotiable. Under what circumstances, I will not sacrifice my sleep because I want to be at my best in everything that I do. That’s why I must protect my sleeping time. Eating the right breakfast is important to nourish your body with the proper nutrients. You’re breaking your fast after a long night. The first thing in the morning that you must take is a cup of 250 ml of plain warm water. This is important to flush out those toxins that may be left in your gastrointestinal tract from the previous day. Then only introduce other solid food to your stomach, remember to eat live food. Stay away from processed food, carbohydrate-dense food. You definitely can drink your coffee; just make sure it is without sugar. Remember,...
Last week in episode No.1 of energy series, I shared with you the reason why sleeping is the fundamental need of the human body. Today is all about the moment when you wake up.
What you do when you open your eyes is super important. Every single morning, when you wake up, what is the No.1 thing you must do? I promise you if you do this, you’ll have a good start of the day!
Once you wake up, give yourself 30 seconds to have a moment of gratitude. Thank you for your body for letting you experience this wonderful day. There is no guarantee that you’ll be alive the next day when you wake up. So, take a moment to say thank you to your body. Say I love you to yourself. This is one of the very effective ways to show self-love.
Next, make up your bed. Give me a high five if you make up your bed every single morning. I found out there are so many people who don’t make up their bed in the morning. This shocked me! Making up your bed is simple and not just saying....
Welcome to the episode No.1 of this energy series. Let’s talk about energy. I deeply believe that energy is everything. Energy affects everything you do in your life, your work, your family, your relationship. In this energy series, I will guide you through step by step what are the factors that affect your energy and what you can do about it.
First, let us explore sleep. I use a few years to understand and discover about this topic. Sleep is the fundamental need of our bodies. Sleep affects everything in your life from your physical health, your emotional and cognitive. You do everything better with a good night's sleep. Lack of sleep can make you feel like a lack of energy.
The research study found out that with 90 minutes less sleep will cause 30% less brain power the following day. Your reaction time slows down by 33%; you think slower. In short, you can’t perform at your best if you lack sleep — the probability of making the wrong decision...
In this last episode of the mindset series, I will share with you about motivation. What makes you do what you do? If you miss the first three episodes, you can go to the link below to watch it. This is a MUST watch if you want to be successful in your life. The first thing you got to work out is here!
A lot of people ask me what makes me do what I do now? Shooting free video content to share with people, driving so far to give a talk, sending email content to my subscriber, engage with my audience on social media. Why I do all these? What motivates me to do all these?
Is the purpose. You must have a purpose in doing what you do. Your purpose will drive you to move towards your goals. Your purpose will become your motivation to do it every single day. Your purpose will become your alarm clock to wake you up to work on it. Your purpose is your energy to make you keep going when you’re facing challenges and obstacles.
Let me share with you my purpose. My purpose is...
Today is all about the quality of your emotions. If you notice, your quality of life is control by the quality of your own emotion. Why do I say so? Let’s check it out.
If you have a good day, it is because you feel happy, excited, or joy. Something that happens that makes you feel this way. If you feel sad, angry, or frustrated, you have a bad day. So, your quality of life is closely linked to your own emotions.
As an adult, there are thousands of reasons for us to feel stress, ranging from your work, relationship, family, obligations, or even your demand on yourself. Stress, if left unchecked, you’ll end up with negative emotions that severely affect your own life. The longer the stress, it is called chronic stress. This will cause all types of diseases, immune system suppression, and mental illness.
That’s why finding ways to manage your negative emotions is crucial. Self-awareness is the first step. Knowing that you’re stress is important before...
Today, in episode No.2, let’s talk about sacrifices. I know this is not a fancy topic to talk about but is a must. When you decide to make your dream or goals come true, you must prepare to sacrifice too. The sacrifices that I mean here is the extra effort, the extra time that you put in. Because you can’t be at two different places at the same time. For example, If I choose to go to the seminar during the weekend, I can’t be with friends for gathering. When I choose to work on my creation, I can’t be watching TV or watching drama at the same time. I am not sure how long since I last watch a drama. Because I know I can’t be everywhere at the same time if I want to work on my goals.
This is what I mean by sacrifices. You must be willing to make the sacrifice. I do not say it is easy; I say it is worth it. After all the sweat and tears, struggles, rejections, extra grinding hours, you make it happen. You may ask me: don’t you...
