Do These to Pump Up Your Energy in The Morning

SUMMARY

Last week in episode No.1 of energy series, I shared with you the reason why sleeping is the fundamental need of the human body. Today is all about the moment when you wake up.

What you do when you open your eyes is super important. Every single morning, when you wake up, what is the No.1 thing you must do? I promise you if you do this, you’ll have a good start of the day!

Once you wake up, give yourself 30 seconds to have a moment of gratitude. Thank you for your body for letting you experience this wonderful day. There is no guarantee that you’ll be alive the next day when you wake up. So, take a moment to say thank you to your body. Say I love you to yourself. This is one of the very effective ways to show self-love.

Next, make up your bed. Give me a high five if you make up your bed every single morning. I found out there are so many people who don’t make up their bed in the morning. This shocked me! Making up your bed is simple and not just saying. Scientific studies have shown that there is a connection between making up your bed and your confidence level. When you make up your bed, you psychologically wired to your mind that you finish one very important task in the morning. This will create a chain reaction to you to continue to complete tasks throughout the day. Not only that. I’m sure you want to go back to your home after work, looking at the clean, tidy room. If you haven’t had this habit yet, start today, when you wake up tomorrow morning, go make up your bed.

Do some stretching and move your body. Your physiology can change how your psychology responds. If you want to have an energetic day, this is a MUST! If you say, “I don’t have time.” I say you have. You have one minute. I want to show you now how to stretch your body. You can use a towel at this length. Do this. This action is to activate your lymphatic system. Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump. It can’t move if you don’t move. Your immune system will get stronger and you become more energetic too!
