How to Jump Start Your Day

Well, as I promise, today I will share another 3-morning routine that set you up for success!

Eating the right breakfast is important to nourish your body with the proper nutrients. You’re breaking your fast after a long night. The first thing in the morning that you must take is a cup of 250 ml of plain warm water. This is important to flush out those toxins that may be left in your gastrointestinal tract from the previous day. Then only introduce other solid food to your stomach, remember to eat live food. Stay away from processed food, carbohydrate-dense food. You definitely can drink your coffee; just make sure it is without sugar. Remember, you’re what you eat.

Next, reading or listening to personal development materials is another great success morning routine before you jump to other people's agendas. Whether it is read a book, magazine, or listen to the interview, podcast. Choose one channel that suits you best. I love to listen to audio or Youtube video while I am doing my stretching exercise. The point here is to get positive energy and inspiring message to start your day. So, intentionally choose to listen to those motivational speeches or any personal development topics. If you are a book lover, read a few pages of an excellent, inspiring book that can set your day for success!

The last success morning routine I want to share with you is head up to the most difficult task or project that is important in your schedule. As Brian Tracy teaches in his book “Eat that Frog,” we must tackle the most difficult and important task in the morning. This is one of the most important lessons I learn from Brian Tracy. If you can finish one very important task in the morning, the rest of the tasks will follow through.

Well, now you have all my six success morning routine. Put into practice. It is simple, but not easy. You need your commitment to making it come true. You’ll start to see and feel how your energy level transforms to another whole new level.
