It's the end of the year 2017! Is this year a wonderful year for you? Or it can be better? It's time to sit down to reflect and review the year 2017!

It is my habit of spending the last day of the year, find a quite place to reflect and review my year. This is how I make it! I stay in a beach side resort, spend 2 or 3 days there alone without any distractions especially my hand phone. Set at airplane mode. I bring along my diary and a big note pad with me. Sitting at the beach chair facing the beautiful sea, listen to the wave, the wind blow on my face, feeling the warmth of the sand under my feet, turning my diary page after page from 1st Jan till 31st December of the year. It is like seeing my whole year of life right in front of me. One month after one month. I will write on my last page of my diary how I rate each of the month. What are you thankful for? Have you ever seen someone smile after you say thank you to them? Simple words that can make someone's day beautiful.

Sometimes, we tends to forget to say thank you to small little kind act by someone. For example: my mum loves to peel orange for me after my dinner, simple act, I never forget to say thank you to her. It is important to show you gratitude to those who has helped you in any way, do not take for granted! Never underestimate the importance of saying thank you! Look for something positive each day, even if you may need to look a little bit harder.
