HOW TO CULTIVATE READING HABIT INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE

SUMMARY

Have you ever experience that the books you bought and look like it stand still at the book shelf like forever? Or you start reading a few pages and will never ever can finish a book? If this situation you can relate to, this episode is for you! This week we will going to talk about how to cultivate reading habits into your daily life!

First, choose any books that grab your interest to read first! Do not scare yourself of to start with a thick book! Start with a tiny little book that you like the topics! It can be self help book, health, business, politics, biography, history. Anything that grab your interest first!

Except than novel, how many of you start reading a book from the first page? Most of us have the tendency to start reading a book from the very front page. When the information are boring and do not capture our attention, we become less interested to the book! This is what you can do, read the front and back cover of the book and pay attention especially to the table of contents. Screen through the subtitle that capture your attention to continue to learn more. Then , go to the chapter to start read it! This process become more direct and straight to the point of the information that you want to learn!

Another point you can make it up is you need to discipline yourself to make it a habit. For example: start with 5 minutes of reading before you go to bed. And practically set the time and sit down to read any the book of your choice! Sometimes, you need to give yourself a little of push and force yourself into this habits. Soon, you can increase the 5 minutes, to 10 minutes, to 20 minutes, 30 minutes or even an hour!

This is how I cultivate my reading habit. Now, sitting there reading for half and hour is my daily routine! I love love love this habits! So, from today on wards make a commitment to start read, start with 5 minutes, or even 2 minutes. But, at least you take action!
