YOU CAN CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY

SUMMARY 

When I ask this question: What do you want? A lot of people give this answer: I want to be happy!

Yes! I want happiness too! As human being, there is definitely up and down in our life. Excited happy moments and some challenging situations whether is in your career, family, relationship or health. There will not be always rainbow and sunshine, sometimes life throw you awful curve ball, you have to cope. Learning to cope with the challenges is so important for you to stay happy.  

Because you always have the choice. You have the power to choose to be happy! Many people love to say this: I’ll be happy if I achieve this and that… I’ll be happy if I own this or that…

If you always say this. You’re in the same group of people that love to postpone your happiness. My question to you is why not now?

This is what you can do. Stop blaming others that cause the situation or complaining those things that you can’t even control. Do this instead! Start noticing the small little things that you’re grateful for.

Next, create happiness in the journey towards your goals and dreams even if you are struggling working on that particular goals. When there is hope, you can sail through the tough time easier than you keep blaming and complaining. When you change your thought, your physiology and psychology change instantly. In split second, you feel grateful and happy.

So, the choice is at your hand! Remember don’t postpone your happiness. Life is too short to suffer. Choose to live up the moments and be grateful to what life is trying to teach us. You always have the choice to choose how you respond to the challenge or situation.
