WE LOVE TASTY FOOD

SUMMARY 

I am sure you know you should eat healthily. Everyone of us know that we should eat a balance diet, but common sense does not always is the common practice! We all know we should, but the question here is will we do it? 

 We all are human. We love tasty food! Our tongue loves to eat delicious food. On the other hand, do you ask your liver whether it loves the same food that your tongue loves? After we eat those junk food such as fresh fries, snacks, soda drink, processed food, our liver need to do extra work to excrete those toxins from the food. Most of the time, your liver is exhausted to do this days and nights without rest!

 So, next time when you want to eat those unhealthy food, pause a second, ask yourself do my liver loves it? Once in a while you pampered yourself with those food that you love, is perfectly ok. Just try your super best to eat more organic green leafy vegetable, fruits, grains and hydrate yourself with lots of water! Want to know how water affect your daily life?
