Watch this if you always feel lack of energy

When it comes to productivity, energy is everything. Energy is everything in your life. What does it mean? The energy that I refer to here is the state of mental clarity, emotional calm, and physical alertness that allows us to accomplish all we need to do in a day. On the other hand, if you lack energy, you experience physical lethargy, mental fog, and emotional fatigue. I believe you experienced it before.

So there are ways to increase your energy levels as well as improve your health and reset your mind and mood. Let’s check it out.

First, eat healthily. You are what you eat. You must intake as many as a plant-based diet as you can. Avoid processed food and junk food. Food that made up of refined starch and sugar. Sugar intake can make you feel lethargic. Take fresh vegetables and fruits. If you can get organic, it’s the best. Intentionally know what you put inside your mouth. You can choose what you eat and be wise about that.

Second, priming yourself in the morning. Set yourself up to start your day. This includes physical movement and positive affirmation. Doing some stretching open up your body and is a great way to wake up and start. Positive affirmation is empowering self-talk that prepares you for your day. Tell yourself something positive. For example, I am healthy; I am strong; I radiant positive energy. This is an effective way to increase your energy levels.

Third, you must avoid anything that can drain off your energy. This includes poor quality of sleep. I have share again and again on the power of sleep. Go to this video to check it out. You must make sure you’re not distracted by other people's agenda in the first hour of your day. It’s possible to reserve the first hour of your day to prepare and connect to yourself. You’ll be amazed by how you can transform your energy.
