SUMMARY

The last episode I shared with you the key to master any skill or the key to accomplishing the goal that you set for yourself. If you haven’t watched the episode yet, go to this link to watch it, because this set the ground for you to understand this episode.

This episode is the action part. The main key is to your consistency. It is the small consistent action every single day that matters. Again it’s a simple logical common sense. For example: when you want to lose weight, you choose to eat healthily and exercise. After 1 day of doing this, you go to weight yourself, still the same weight, after 1 week of doing the same thing, again you weight yourself, still the same weight. Are you going to give up now? You remember what Joyce said to you, small consistent action every single day. Then, you keep going… eat healthily and exercise every single day. Another 2 more weeks go by, you are on your weighing scale, now you see a slight decrease in your weight. Yeah! Small achievement! Now, keep going or stop?

Yes, you choose to keep going, doing the small consistent action every day. After 1 month, you can see, and feel your weight going down to the desirable one. Are you going to stop here? No, you keep going, months after months, that’s how I lose 6kg in half a year. It is the small little baby steps that you do every single day that matters. You know what I said here.

The point here is going back to the first episode. Are you willing to accept the pain of regret or the pain of doing it consistently every single day? The point here is not the pain. After going through the first part of the pain, you start to enjoy and what you do become the habit of you doing it.

Going through this makes you feel you’re proud of yourself. You make it happen. You want to be a better version of yourself. You choose to be an example to those around you.
