Here was my experience. I started eating healthy diet since year 2016.  After a few months eating healthily, I feel great. I feel alive, more energetic, more focus and better performance especially my work. I fall in love with this feeling, so I continue to eat more plant based diet. Here comes a time, I slacked off from my normal diet and going back to the carbohydrate food. Food that is full with refined starch such as bread and biscuit. After 2 months, I immediately see and feel the different before and after.

Here you go, in order to have a healthy body, you can’t run away from this, what you eat. You’re what you eat. There are many information out there about how to eat healthily, you have the knowledge. You’re not lack of knowledge. Sometimes, you don’t eat what you should eat is because you don’t see the compound effects of all the junk food, processed food can be so detrimental to your health.

If you really want to live a happy and fulfilled life. Health must be your No.1 top priority of your life. Because whatever you work so hard right now doesn’t matter if you are on your sick bed. Nothing matter anymore. That’s why I dedicated this episode to remind you, it’s time to get back to your healthy lifestyle. Know what you feed your body. You don’t want to feed your body with garbage. Garbage in garbage out.

Eating plant based diet is the key. Those plant that you see the real green leaves and real fruits. Avoid processed food such as bread, cakes, biscuits, white rice, and many more. Reduce sugar intake. Do this, you’ll start to see and feel your body - more energetic, more focus, slimmer, and definitely more alive!
