The No.1 skill you MUST Have when you face challenges in your life

SUMMARY 

Welcome to episode No.1 for the new series. This mindset series is all about the key factors to get you what you want, get yourself ready for the challenge. When I start to plan for this new series, I wonder what the most important message I want to tell you is. My eyes blink! I got the answer.

When you’re facing challenges in your life, whether it is your health, career, relationship, or family, what is the single most important skill you must have?

My answer to this question is you must believe and trust that you have the ability to figure things out. This is the belief system that brings me so far from a researcher to a sales rep until a trainer. Over the past seven years, a lot of challenges I went through, ranging from my health, career, family, and relationship. There are ups and downs, high and low. When you feel stress up or even fed up facing all the challenges that life may have thrown to you, think about this.

Trust and believe yourself can figure it out — one step at a time. Taking small baby steps over a long period can bring far more significant results than you see right now. You’re making it happen — your thought, what you think matters the most. Asking the right questions definitely can help you to bring the best out of you and not bringing the stress out of you.

When you believe you can figure it out. You will start to ask different questions. Instead of asking: why this happen to me? You will ask: What can I do to improve the situation?

If you have a health challenge like me last time. Instead of asking myself why I have the tumor? I ask myself: What can I do to improve my health? Who can I ask advice from? What steps can I take every day to stay healthier?

When you start to ask the good quality of questions, you will get a good answer that helps you to improve the situation. This applies to all the areas in your life. So, the right mindset, trust, and believe you can figure it out will transform the way you approach all the challenges in your life. You’ll start to experience a better quality of life with this one simple shift.
