Most of the time you’re not lack of information, you’re overwhelmed by too much of information. In this technology world, we are not lack of information, we are drowning by all the resources we learn or other people tell us. Learn from the right sources, the mentor that has credibility to share the knowledge with you. Then take action to change for the better.
Overwhelmed? What can you do? Just take one meal at a time. First you must acknowledge that you have the power to change one meal at a time. As simple as your next meal whether is breakfast, lunch or dinner or even tea time snack.
Intentionally ask yourself what you can add or delete from your meal to make it a healthier one? Then find alternative food to the dish. Just as simple as this. You can transform your health by one meal at a time.
