In today world, we are constantly surrounding by all types of people either from working or personal environment. None of us can live individually without interaction with others.This shows how important surrounding area towards us. The positive energy surround us can charge us to a higher energy of momentum to go towards our goal. On the other hand, the negative energy can dismiss our desire to complete our task.
Do you want to become victim for energy vampire? Here are the 3 steps which I call ATM steps to protect yourself from energy vampire.
First, A --- Avoid ! by all means avoid surrounding yourself with this type of from them. This is the way to keep yourself out from those energy vampire. What I mean by avoid from them do not get contact with them or spend much less time with them face to face or even in social media. Delete them in all your social media, facebook, instragram, tweeter, snapchat and so on. If you do not want to do this, may be you can just unfollow them. So, the negative post from them can not be seen in your newsfeed. This is critical that you will not get influence by their negative post everyday.
Second, T -- Transform! If you do not have chance to avoid them due to they are your family member, your relative or even your spouse. You can generate the positive energy and make them shift their energy level from negative to positive by telling story or even making humour to make them understand the bright side of positive thinking.
Third, M-----Mix and Multiply. Mix them with those positive people surrouding them, and multiply the power of social peers influence. As you see your influence alone is still minimal. Introduce them to the group of people that have the bigger influence on them. Such as attending seminar, training or even volunteers! In this events, they will get pump up the positive energy and get influence by the surrounding. This may take a little while to see the effect. But, definitely worth a try.
Be the energy generator among all the people around you! One day, you will find that you make the world to become a better beautiful place to live with. Believing you can make a difference in this world and live your life to the fullest!
