I am a strong believer in 2 things - Lifelong Learning & Do What You Love. My personal learning journey started in 2002 when I was first introduced to "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy" book. That led me to uncover myself more with "The Secret". Since then, I have been fascinated with the working of the human mind.

It wasn't always this way for me. Though I had the knowledge and some amazing experiences working with my mind, I had my fair share of struggles, trauma, hardship, rock bottom - you name it. I was in a physically abusive relationship for 7 years, I hit rock-bottom in 2012 which led to being put in an employee development plan (because I was under-performing as a leader) & I was always broke. It was then I decided to change my life in every way possible and the rest is history. 

By understanding your mental patterns and working through your self-defeating limiting beliefs around your self-worth, you will be able to re-imprint a new self-image that is aligned with your vision and goals in life and living a life by design and not by default.
