SUMMARY

Are these phrases sound familiar to you? “I don’t have time! I am busy!” When you said “ I am busy”, you are telling others that you are out of control. Busy equals to out of control! Later in this episode, I will share with you what you can say instead.

Every one of us have the same amount of time each day. 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. So, what makes the difference between those that do the most productive thing possible at every given moment compare with those feel overwhelming to finish the tasks?

Let me share with you about this. Staying away from the distractions can save you a large amount of time. Really? Yes. Now, I want you to keep track of your time, you can write it down to record it. How long you spend your time on these 3 categories: First: your social media, your Facebook, Instagram, Whatapps, Wechat. Second: People. Social chatting. Third: Entertainment, movie, drama, games. Record down your time spends on each of these. You might be shocked by your own data. All these distractions slowly and secretively stealing away your attention on the thing that is important to you!

For these, I am not saying you should totally delete all these activities. I am encouraging you to intentionally know how much distractions you may get from all these social media, entertainment and social chat. You may have an important project on your hand that you want to complete. Do this instead. Stay away from all these distractions by focusing on the only and only one thing in front of you until you finish it. Paying undivided attention to it! You need to have laser focus, full focus to get the things done! Where your focus goes, your energy flows. When you intentionally don’t allow the 3 potential distractions to disturb your flow, you’ll experience the speed to complete the task. Don’t believe it? Try it out!

Because the biggest challenge people face when comes to finish a task is the distractions. The ability of you to focus and complete it fast and effective definitely can save you a large amount of time.

So, next time, you will definitely not going to say “I am busy”! Because you are in control. You can control your time, your focus, your attention and your life! If you are really having too many tasks at your hand, instead of saying you’re busy, say this “ I have a lot of things to settle now and I can handle it one thing at a time”.  You will start to experience the whole new way to live your life!
