How to motivate yourself to do the things that you don't want to do

Have you ever felt like you don’t feel to do the things that you supposed to do? Feeling like no energy to start doing it. Your body is like thousand weight that hold you back. Taking the first step is like mission impossible to you.

I know how you feel. Everyone of us experienced this before! Me too! This is how I overcome it. Let’s check it out.

Typically I don’t like to exercise. To ask me to take the first step to exercise is really hard. That’s why I rarely exercise until 2 years ago. This is what I do. I make a decision, decide that I will spend at least 20 minutes every single day to exercise no matter what happen. Then, I make sure I schedule it in my to do list that I must complete by the end of the day. Then, close my eyes and just do it! That’s it!

That’s it? Yes, not complicated right? That is exactly you need to do. Do not allow your brain to have a second thought of it. Because you know that the thing that you must do, is important to you, you know deep inside your heart. Just your mind and body doesn’t make a move. So, the first step is make a decision, a decision that you will do it no matter what. Then, put in your schedule. Because what is not schedule is not real. Write it down. Then, just do it. This is a very effective way to stop your procrastination.

When you start doing it, keep it going, don’t stop until it become your second nature, your habit, the whole process just flow.

Go, just do it!
