The quality of your life is determined by how you feel moment-to-moment. 95% of your emotions are determined by the way you talk to yourself as you go throughout your day. So your ability to use positive affirmations to keep yourself thinking about what you want is one of your most important goals. An affirmation is a statement you say that declares who you think you are and how you perceive the world to be. By controlling your inner dialogue and how you think about yourself, you can begin to assert control over every other dimension in your life.
So, This is HOW I do it. Right after I open my eyes, I talk to myself - “I love you. I am loved. I am healthy.” After some morning routine, after I did my stretching exercise, I again will say some positive affirmation! For example: I am strong, I radiate positive energy, I am getting better every day, I am making things happen, I am able to solve problem creatively and so on… Throughout the day and over time, you will eventually make these words and thoughts a reality.I start to have more positive energy, healthier and more creative in solving my challenge! How amazing when I first experience it!
Most important is you start with the word I am…and follow by a verb with present tense. “I am” is the most powerful statement you can make because your mind interprets it as a command to make it a reality. Keep it short and simple. You do not need a script to memorize it. Try it up! You will experience how this small act that can change your life!
