Have you ever experienced headache, short of breath,upset stomach, backache, insomnia, lack of energy or even low in immune system and always catch a cold? This is the symptoms of chronic stress! Recently, a lot of people asked me what are the effective ways on managing the stress! Everyone of us facing unbelievable amount of stress from work, family and financial and relationship sometimes.. None of us can escape from stress! Most important is how we can effectively manage it!

This is what I told them! First, identify the root cause of your stress! What is the main reason that bring up your stress? Knowing the root cause, really can help you set the actions to help manage the stress! Taking action to move towards your goals can help to reduce the stress level. Because most of the time, you feel stress because there is fear towards something. Definitely, there is some instant way to help you de-stress! Here are my suggestion! Some people love to take a scroll at their favorite place, chatting with someone, go exercise, hiking, watch movie, listen to relaxation music, meditation. Me? I love to sleep! You can try the above, see which one suit you! Most important, finding ways that makes you relax.

Over here, I would like to highlight a way that you definitely want to include in the de-stress process! Deep breathing! The lack of oxygen can make you feel tense and nervous! When you take a deep breath inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly.. you actually sending more oxygen into your cells. This lower your heart rate, blood pressure and improve circulation! Definitely you will start to feel relax and calm…

And one more here. Have a good heartily laugh! Go watch comedy if you like, or find some friends that can make you laugh! When you laugh, happy hormone which is dopamine and serotonin can release in the brain and de-stress you!

You may think really, does it help? Try it up! Never try, never know! It is very effective for me to reduce my stress level..
