5 WAYS TO LOVE YOURSELF MORE

SUMMARY 

In last week episode, we talk about self love is not selfishness. Self love influences everything, from our relationship with others until our career and how we cope with what life throws at us and most importantly how we show up in our everyday life!

In this episode, we will discuss on the HOW! How to love yourself?

First, say I love you to yourself every single morning! I started this practice 1 year ago and found out how this simple act can turn out to be so incredible! My body start responding to what I want, and I can even hear what my body are trying to tell me in a very subtle way! Indirectly, I have a healthier body compare to last time!

Second, celebrate your wins, whether is big or small! If you have accomplish something today or hit your milestone, go to celebrate! Do something that you want so much, be it going for a tour that you dream so much, or as simple as eating something nice, for example ice cream!

Third, dress and groom yourself with love. You definitely feel your mood much better if you ware a nice dress, don’t you? Take yourself out on a date, do something nice for yourself! You deserved a rest after a hard work of battle, you can make call up your best friend for gathering or even going for a date solo. Yes, dating with yourself is another fun time that you can practice!

Forth, stay away from toxic people that can drain your energy. I always always mentioned that avoid being with those negative people. They able to suck off your energy and diminish everything that you trying to accomplish. Go out to be with those that can inspire you, discuss idea with you, make you laugh, and share the same vision with you! You will see how you love yourself more when you are with those people!

Last but not least, you all hear me say quite often! Taking care of yourself with love and compassion. This includes nourishing your body with healthy food and getting enough sleep! Co operate with your body, if your body say it need rest, then rest. Having a good rest can definitely refresh your physical and mental. Nothing is more important than having a healthy body! Remember, you only can take care of others if you have a healthy body!
