First, will you jump out of you bed in the morning to start your day? What makes you jump up from your lovely sleep every single morning? If your answer is YES, then perfect! If no, you definitely feel so stress up and suffer every single morning or at least is Monday till Friday to get yourself up to go work! Here you are, is your passion towards something that able to make you start your day amazingly! Is time to find what you really love to do and have so much energy to do it, you will experience your morning in a whole new way!

Second, do you have a schedule/ do to list in front of you in the morning? It gives a sense to you that yea there are something important I am working on it. I am doing something important! I love to plan my day a night before, So when I woke up, I have my to do list in front of me! It’s perfectly fine that you make your plan at the morning! Is up to you! Most important is you write down those things you want to complete for the day especially the things that will move the needle for your future!

Third, do you run your day, or you let your day run you? Do you start your day right? Or are you always get distraction from the outside? Remember, if you win your morning, you win your day! Make yourself a healthy breakfast and move your body! Stop, I said stop checking your email, facebook, instagram, whatapps at the first hour of your day! Spend your first hour in the morning do something for yourself! Do not get distraction by other people’s agenda! Keeping tightly to your schedule is the secret to make sure you have more time to do things that you love!
