SUMMARY

Have you ever experienced a time that when you want to start doing something, but you just could not move on? Like forever not able to take the first move! Your feet is so heavy like thousands of weight for you to take the first step!

I believe everyone of us experience this before. What to do? Here are the ways I personally think it is very effective to start doing it right away!

Start with this! Cooperate with your heart and brain! Make sure your heart and brain trust and believe that you have the ability to learn and do it! You are the first one to listen what you say. When you have this heart mind alignment, it is much easier for you to start! Most of the time, people can not take the first step because they have the internal conflict within themselves. What they did do not align with what they want. This resulted with one step front, and 2 steps back. Always feeling left behind! So, start with this step, heart mind alignment!

Step 2: Put in your schedule! If the thing what you want to do is not in your schedule, they are not real! If your objective is to start your exercise practice, slot in at least 30 minutes of your time each day in your schedule! Yes, write it down on a piece of paper. For example: 7.00-7.30 pm exercise time! If I ask you of your exercise schedule, you will be able to show me the exact what time to what time you are exercising! I know not easy, the implementation part always is hard. Remember, with determination and effort, you will see the success around the corner.

Step 3: Get someone to coach you ! Either someone you know or someone totally new! They will guide you through step by step in achieving what you want, motivate you and most important they will hold you accountable! Do you know how many people fail to do what they plan for just because no one check on them? If you are serious in starting whatever you plan for, get a good coach! You will never look back again!
