Summary

Step No.1 : to get what you want is to know what you really want! A lot of people do not even know what they really want in their life! If you falling into this categories, no worries, now is the time to figure out what you really want! Ask yourself, what is the thing that you want to do which can help others and at the same time you feel happy and fulfilled? Knowing what you want is clarity! Clarity gives you power to continue your journey!

Step No. 2, after you know what you really want, then comes to the decision to make changes to strive for it! It needs a burning desire to make it! It needs the courage to take the very first step to make things happen! Do not let the fear overtake and consume you before you start. A lot of people do not even have a chance to take the first step because they fear the failure. They so fear that what if I could not make it, what is the consequences? What if I fail, how others will look at them? What if……..there are endless of what if…. That are all excuses that they are telling themselves and make it so convincing to them do not even take the first move! If you do not even put on the shoes, how you know you can jump without falling down? If you have put on the shoes, how you know you can not bounce high if you do not even take the first bounce? That is call the first step! The first step is crucially important to make things move! Only by having the first step, we can let our body know we are moving forward. Our body (RAS) will detect the movement and send us more energy signal to complete the task. With enough energy, we can action to do the work we desire to complete the task.

Step No. 3:  momentum to keep going! In physics momentum is defined the quantity of motion of a moving body as measured by its mass and velocity. It is with direction! You know the direction clearly before you start. With enough clarity, you have enough focus and energy to keep going! Keep going in another words means repeatedly doing the correct things constantly and persistently. To be consistence and persistence, it take great self-discipline and self-motivated to keep going. The more you do, the more momentum you have and the more confident you become! This is what we call in the competence and confident loop.

With enough desire of success, clarity, energy, focus, momentum, self discipline and self motivation, you can take leaps and bounce that you want to plug the star from the sky!
