Next, Tidy up your bed! Smooth your bed sheet, putting your pillow up right and folded your blanket! You definitely want a tidy bed instead of a messy one when you come back home from work! It makes you feel like you accomplish the first task of the day! It gives you a sense of confidence that will encourage you to do another and another and another! At the end of the day, one task that you completed in the morning has turned to many tasks that completed! It is like a chain reaction that you able to successfully accomplish your daily task. So, making up your own bed is definitely is a success building habits. Research shown that making your bed is one of the most effective way to trigger happiness! If you want more happiness,try it up!

Next, heading to brush your teeth and clean up your face. Feeling refresh and alert! Looking in the mirror, smile to yourself, telling yourself today is a beautiful day. This action definitely is a habit that signal your brain today something amazing going to happen. Study shows that your brain releases dopamine and serotonin that can lift up your mood and become happier and strengthen your immune system. You will look younger and more attractive too!
