SUMMARY

Have you ever struggled to figure out where you can look up for the knowledge and skills that you want to master? Online? Or ask from friends?

The last episode, I’m sharing about the importance of sharpening the skills that can move the needle of your goals and what are the steps you can take to identify the skills.

Today is all about where to look up for all these skills! There are so many ways you can equip yourself with the skills that you want to master. Check this out.

The first and cheapest is to get a book to read. Reading is a success habit. If you want to be successful, reading is your daily routine. Train yourself to read every single day. Is everyday small incremental of the knowledge and put into practice that counts.

The second, there are so many online resources nowadays and a lot of useful and informative resources from Youtube, website and, online courses which you can easily access them 24/7. Schedule a time to learn that information every single day. Everyone has the same amount of 24 hours a day, fair. Make full use of the time you have to gain the skills you want. Rather than spending your time to scroll on your Facebook and Instagram non stop. Check on the skills that you want to learn online.

Third, get yourself in the seminar group. Attend talks, seminars workshops that share and teach those the skills that you want to master. Learn from your mentor and coach. Give yourself a target, every single month to attend at least 1 seminar to learn the skills. You’ll be surprised how much you can learn from those people surround you too.

Last but not least, you must get yourself in the community and surround by those that are high energy and inspire people. I start to meet up so many of this type of people when I involve in club, society, and volunteer work. Learning from each other and grow together is so inspiring and meaningful.
